By building the perfect network for buying and selling second hand fashion, we try create a world where secondhand fashion is the norm! As the iOS developer you’ll join one of our autonomous product teams. Together with an Android developer and full stack developer you’ll be responsible for improving our 5 product KPIs (activation, retention, conversion & engagement) by coming up and rolling out A/B tests.

About the job:

  • Together with the other members of your product team, you:

    • Come up with A/B tests by using your creativity, analysing data, doing surveys, looking at competitors etc.

    • Prior A/B tests based on Impact, Confidence and Ease.

    • Analyse the A/B tests you ran

  • You implement A/B test in the iOS app independently - but you can always brainstorm with the rest of the tech team of course. 

  • Stack = Objective C + Swift (CocoaPods, XCode, Fastlane)

  • New projects are mainly programmed in Swift, but it's not a hard requirement to have already worked with this.

  • Ensure the stability of our iOS app.

  • Make sure we don’t build (to much) legacy code: do refactors when needed

Why you are perfect for the job

  • 2-4 years of experience in iOS development

  • Must-haves: Git, XCode, Objective-C, Swift, CocoaPods

  • Nice-to-haves: Jenkins, React Native, Fabric, Crashlytics, Firebase Git

  • Pre: worked in autonomous product teams before (thus has experience with A/B testing)

  • Pre: you’re more a generalist than an expert: you have experience in other disciples as well (e.g. backend development).

  • Pre: used to working in an environment where you have to be proactive and self-driven, preferably a start- our scale-up environment.

  • You work well in a young team and a dynamic environment.
  • You take full responsibility for your projects.
