Customer Service Agent - Germany

Job description


With over 75 k daily returning users on our app, who enjoy selling clothing in there own little webshop or buying these treasures they found on our app, for just an outlet price, UW is THE fashion market place. But since we are all people, things go wrong every now and then. Pants get lost, sweaters get eaten by dogs. People have to leave their house because of a mouse plague or your baby sister stole those awesome boots. As a part of our customer service, you could consider yourself a mediator, ready to solve all these problems, in your most creative way.


You are a full service provider with amazing communication skills in German, but also in English and/or Dutch. You are a smooth writer, which is pretty convenient when all your communication is by email or chat. And since you have all the insights, we would like you to spend at least 4 hours a week to turn your knowledge into learnings by:

  • Joining in on the Product Meeting to share your ideas on how to improve the product;
  • Giving input to the CRM manager on how and when to communicate with customers;
  • Writing a blog to inspire our stimulate good use of the features in our app;
  • Keeping our FAQ up-to-date; adding and improving frequently returning customer questions;
  • You are originally from Germany, which makes you the perfect person to give us all the right insights on how to communicate with our target group from your country.
